From June 2023 to January 2024, I had the amazing opportunity of working with the Her Next Play team to execute their mission of developing the next generation of women leaders through sports.
My Role: Marketing and Play Bold Intern, Promoted to Play Bold Manager
Promoted within a 5 month timeframe for exceeding goals and taking on additional responsibilities
Created, reworked, and implemented curriculum for various leadership camps and workshops
Assisted in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics resulting in an engagement increase of 60%
Updated Her Next Play’s website to create an accessible and engaging user experience
Wrote marketing materials such as newsletters, blog posts, and camp summaries to increase email and website engagement by 20%
